great night and a great friend :)

so on monday night. i had a great night.
sarah and i played. i love my very best friend oh so much.
in the mall getting shoes "you are just like shopping with my mom!"
"i just noticed our body types are like..the same"
no ....sherlock!! hahaha and her random "i have a confession type stuff"
she did give me slight buyers remorse about my boots...but i am not remorsing my boot buying. they're hot boots

Then.."why didn't we meet at pita pit?!" "well...we were going shopping. sooo why would we?"
"i thought it was too obviouse that i wanted a gyro! well why didn't you say so!!" ...........
..................
......................"i was uh...distracted." sarah.. hahaha
so we went and got our gyros and this cute guy gave sar his number. sar said he looked like the user and abuser type...i laughed at that. he gave me a dollar cuz i told him the band that was playing on the radio cool :)
then we went to wall mart. and bought sprat paint. checker lady. "9.74" us.."ok" about to pay. then my smart friend sarah goes..uhhh we only bought two? and they're only 2.97 sooo that price is wrong. checker lady didn't even apologize. tsk tsk..we figured she was trying to smuggle money for drugs.hehehe naughty.

then center street. we walked down center street at 11:50 ish. interesting people there at night. and sar is oh so friendly and says hi to them all. im glad we didn't get kidnapped. then sar goes...."lets walk into a bar!! and then walk right back out!" sar..we'd look so dumb...I know!! well.....that one didn't happen. :) probably a good thing. what a dork my best friend is. then we ended up at valour. what a great place. its vintage and has a cool atmosphere. and the band that played..breath takingly good...ahhhhh :)

i had a zone out day dream type thing that paul and i slow danced on the floor underneath the purple light to the pretty song that was playing.. good day dream thingy.

then home...sad though, geo metro died that night...RIP geo bob....
maybe it had to do with sar hitting the curb and such haha..

so basically i love good friends. that treat you good and are just great. they're the keepers.
and i love fun nights such as this one.

and sar you're the greatest. i got cho' back.

I GRADUATED!!!

my day went like this.
roll out of bed.
Sarah and i go to the graduation practice.
William dear and i go to Ross after
then to subway.
i go home and shower
and pretty myself up.
I leave for graduation.
Traffic..running people and cop cars on the road...what??
I stood for ever waiting for the thing to start.
i was parched..no drinking fountains anywhere. crap.
Time to walk in sooo..walk walk walk AAAANNND sit!
listen to a billion people talk, I'm on the verge of falling asleep.
I see my daddy, sisters, and.....my grandpa!!! walk in :)
i smile big and almost cry out of happiness..don't ask.
Then the orchestra plays.
more speeches...puke.
Then the choir sings.
I almost started crying while i sang come thou fount and go ye now in peace.
those two songs touch my soul. Then more talking...then finally!!!!!
we line up to get out diplomas. one by one we go. i go. i feel great!

As in i went in weighing 98 pounds and came out weighing 104.5 that's 6.5 pounds in foodage..crap. haha
now I'm blogging a bit before my grad party, which shall start and ten and go till two thirty.

ok! so I'm in a weight training class. Today we re-did our 1rm's. 

I AM SO PROUD OF ME!

Yes!!!!

 

Bench: estimated 1rm: 122lbs.

Overhead estimated 1rm: 73lbs.

Tricep extension estimated 1rm: 73lbs.

Barbell Curls estimated 1rm: ..I dont remember.

(but i did 8 reps of 40lbs.)

Dead lift estimated 1rm: crap..i forgot.

(but i did 9 reps of 100lbs)

I forgot the rest of the 1rm's..but here's what i remember.

Bent over row: 10 reps of 65lbs.

Leg press: 10 reps of 540lbs.

Ok so it's not all terribly impressive.

but keep in mind i'm tiny!

5'0 nothin' and only 98lbs.

I am proud :)
